This is a vintage sewing pattern McCalls 8608 from 1951 for a dress with raglan sleeves and sleeve length options. The dress has a collar and cuffs that can be turned up and button front bodice with flared skirt.

Bust:  32" but remember that it is not difficult to adapt patterns to fit a range of sizes!
